(Inside) Outdoor Kitchen Display

Our valued dealer in Austin, http://www.tejasoriginals.com/ have completed their new indoor showroom displaying their range of easy to assemble outdoor kitchen and fireplace units. On the floor is our 600 Series Golden Fossil flagstone. According to Tejas President, Garett Davis, this display gives their customers a feel for what each of the elements look like in conjunction with each other. "A better experience for selecting the total outdoor solution we offer."

Is your flagstone hot under foot?

Our flagstone is natural stone material with low absorbtion which means that in 100 degree weather it will get hot. Then again, what doesn't? It is my opinion, based on little research but more of a hunch that those that buy "cool" deck really believe it works because they want to.

Fact is that without some means of heat transfer away from the surface, it will be hot. That adds cost but if done right and with the right end game expectations can be cost effective. Here is one site that would seem to hold the perfect solution, check it out.

If you display it, they will come!

Congratulations to Toms Thumb Nursery in Galveston, TX for their nice looking display of Stone Paving USA natural stone paving materials. Our experience has shown that if you display the material, your odds of selling it go up by about......100%!

"Under Construction" and Loving It!

Most folks dislike the dust and mess of a project "under construction".

Ray H. in Plano, Texas was so happy about his purchase of our Harvest patterned flagstone that, after I snapped a couple of pictures, I asked him if he would be so kind as to repeat some of the wonderful things he was telling me...for the record.

(Look for a follow-up of the finished project!)

An Affordable Landscape Enhancement

One of our Dallas dealers called recently with that age-old problem: "My customer wants patterned flagstone to match his front porch, but doesn't want to pay the sky-high prices he's been quoted".

After visiting the home to identify the stone, I understood completely:  Tennesee Crab Orchard random rectangles here in town would cost between $21-24.00 per sq/ft installed.

The solution?  Our Harvest Patterned Flag...Handsome...Half the price!

Race to a Profitable Finish Line

How simple and quick are our patterned flagstone to install?  I proceeded at my usual laid back pace and was amazed at how little time I actually spent installing this 50 s/ft display area.
Even though this video portrays me as a speed demon, the experience was smooth as silk.  You'll want to give it a go.

Enjoy!
